Four exceptional individuals come together as a group to run for their nation&rsquo;s pride. Ensuring the baton is passed successfully between athletes requires technical precision along with high speed racing. Teams race in various formats, including the relatively new mixed relays. Spectators can get behind both the&nbsp;athletes and their favourite nations, waving flags passionately as the thrills, and sometimes spills, of the drama unfolds.</p>
